Emergency crews called to house fire in Courtice

Investigators are at the scene of a house fire in Courtice. Clarington Fire officials say they were called to the home, on Pickard Gate, in the Bloor and Townline Road area at about 9:30 Friday morning. Thankfully no one was hurt, however reports say damage is extensive. There’s no word yet on what sparked the blaze.
