Significant rainfall on the way for the GTA

It would be a good idea to keep your umbrella handy over the coming days. Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for the GTA because of rainy conditions. Officials say the cause is a low pressure system developing over the American Midwest, which will be tracking toward southern Ontario. Rain is forecast throughout the weekend.
