Toronto Police make quick arrests in downtown shooting

Officials say three people are in custody after a shooting Monday morning in Toronto’s downtown. Police say a man was shot in the ankle, around 5:00 in the Richmond and York area. The suspects were arrested nearby. The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries. No names have yet been released.
