Staying safe in the heat

Ontario doctors are urging people to be extra careful this summer, as extreme heat can be extremely dangerous. President of the Ontario Medical Association, Dr. Doug Weir, says there are signs to watch for that could indicate overheating, such as red, hot dry skin, no sweating, confusion and loss of consciousness. He says if someone is suffering from heatstroke, immediately contact 911.
