Durham Police searching for suspect after robbery in Oshawa

The investigation into a street robbery in Oshawa is continuing. Durham Police say a 15 year-old male had his cell phone stolen late Sunday afternoon while skateboarding on Simcoe Street South. The victim suffered scratches to his hand and wrist during the struggle. The suspect is described as white, between the ages of 18 and 25, stood about 5’5, had short brown hair, and a thin build. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 1-888-579-1520 ext. 5100.
