Suspect in Denver theatre shooting goes to court Monday

James Holmes appears in court Monday to be formally charged in the movie theatre massacre in the Denver suburb of Aurora. The 24-year old grad student could face 12 charges of first-degree murder and 58 counts of attempted murder. Holmes had been seeing a psychiatrist while attending the University of Colorado. But it remains to be seen if his lawyer will try to launch an insanity defence.
