Woman drives into Port Perry store-front

A 67 year old Whitby woman suffered only minor injuries after crashing into a store-front in Port Perry on Wednesday afternoon. Durham Police say the woman confused the gas and brake pedals and slammed into the Herbal Magic store on Simcoe Street North. The store is still open for business. Thankfully, no one in the store was hurt. Witnesses are urged to contact police at 905-579-1520, ext.2679.
