Convenience stores ask for the right to sell beer and wine

The Ontario Convenience Stores Association is fighting for the right to sell beer and wine. They’re presenting the Ontario government with a petition with more than 112,000 signatures supporting the idea. There are already more than 200 convenience stores across the province selling alcohol to communities that don’t have standalone LCBO outlets.
