Ajax teen is Ontario’s latest drowning victim

So far this year, there have been 57 drowning deaths in Ontario. The latest victim is a 17 year old boy from Ajax. Trevaughn Miller was swimming with friends in Georgian Bay Saturday, when he slipped under the water. He was vital signs absent when he was pulled from the water, and attempts to resuscitate him failed. Sunday marks the beginning of National Drowning Prevention Week.
