Toronto Police make second arrest in 2011 murder case

Police have made a second arrest linked to Toronto’s 22nd murder of 2011. The victim, 21-year-old John Kang, was found suffering from gunshot wounds on May 26th, 2011. Twenty-year-old Raphael Okezie was arrested and charged with first-degree murder a few months after the fact. 19 year-old Henok Mebratu was arrested and charged Thursday with first-degree murder in the case.
