Phase three of Whitby campus expansion plan kicks off

Work is underway at Durham College in Whitby. Phase three of the Whitby Campus expansion is an $18 million centre for food expected to open in the fall of 2013. Vice president academic, Judy Robinson says anyone passing the campus will be able to see the progress. The 36-thousand square feet centre will have three floors, offering three kitchens, including one servicing a public restaurant, cooking theatres and training hotel rooms.
