DurhamCLEAR says they’ve lost the battle but not the war

An expensive legal process has forced DurhamCLEAR to end it’s battle agains the region’s energy from waste incinerator. President and CEO, Doug Anderson says he’s disappointed with the situation, but the group ran out of resources. He says the group, however, is here to stay, and they will continue to weigh in on various environmental projects across Durham.
