Police arrest suspects in Bellville bear spray break ins

Police in Belleville say bear spray was used during two early morning break-ins on Sunday. Officers responded to the first home at 4:20am and another residence 45 minutes later. Several people broke into the houses, and at least one person was struck by bear spray at each home. Police arrested four suspects a short time later.
