Google says “Happy Birthday, Canada”

Google is honoring Canada Day with a special doodle appearing on its Canadian homepage. It features a beaver wearing a crown and holding the Canadian flag. In the background are mountains, representing the BC terrain. The doodle’s creator, 32 year old Willie Real of California, says he drew inspiration by researching Canadian images – a recurring photo was a beaver wearing a crown.
