Durham Police officer among dozens of people charged in massive GTA drug investigation

A major drug investigation, involving police forces from across the GTA has resulted in 30 arrests and the seizure of over $300,000 in drugs, five guns, six vehicles and more than $800,000 in cash.  Among those charged is a Durham Police officer.  Authorities say 38 year old Constable Tara Kramp was arrested at her home in Oshawa, and is facing several charges including drug trafficking.  Also charged are 31 year old Jeremy Russell from Clarington, 40 year old Gailanne Duvale from Clarington, 25 year old Roderick Ayre from Oshawa, 35 year old Stephen Frost from Whitby, 26 year old Keith Hatch from Oshawa and 40 year old Alicia Gray from Oshawa.  Anyone with information is urged to call police at 905-579-1520, ext.5800 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
