A Canada wide warrant has been issued for a Toronto man, regarding a fatal shooting in the Yonge and Davisville area earlier this week.  Police say early Wednesday, they were called to Oriole Park, where they found 32 year old James Massey suffering from a shot-gun wound.  Now, 33 year old David Ludwig is wanted for first degree murder.  Investigators believe this was a targetted attack.  Ludwig is described as white, 5’8″ to 5’10″ with a medium build.  He was last seen unshaven and wearing a black, hooded sweatshirt and baggy blue jeans.  Anyone with information is urged to call police at 416-808-7387 or Crime Stoppers at 416-222-TIPS (8477).
