Durham Police looking for three suspects after armed robbery in Ajax

A sub shop worker suffered minor injuries during a robbery in Ajax.  Durham Police say just before 11:00 Thursday night, three male suspects, one of them armed with a knife, threatened and assaulted a worker at the Subway on Old Kingston Road.  They fled with a quantity of cash.  The first suspect is described as a black male, in his early 20′s, 5-feet tall and was wearing dark clothing and a red bandana covering his face.  The second suspect is described as a black male in his early 20′s, about 5-foot-6, was wearing dark clothing and carrying a knife.  The third suspect is described as a black male, in his early 20′s and was carrying a brown shopping bag.  Anyone with information is urged to call police at 905-579-1520, ext.5355 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
