Mayor Rob Ford set to fight conflict of interest allegations

Toronto Mayor Rob Ford will be in court this fall, battling allegations that he breached part of the Municipal Conflict of Interest Act. Toronto executive Paul Magder is accusing that Ford violated an act after asking council to removes sanctions placed on him, after it was found he accepted over $3,000 in donations to his private football foundation. If found guilty of a conflict of interest, Mayor Ford faces being removed from office and banned from running for seven years.  The court dates are set for September 5th, 6th and 7th.
