A 19 year-old man remains in critical condition after a car-surfing stunt in a parking garage in Mississauga. The incident happened on Saturday night, when the man fell and hit his head on the pavement after riding on the bumper of a minivan. Peel Police have charged 18 year-old Daniel Ciliman with dangerous driving causing bodily harm.
