Plans for the new downtown Ajax unveiled

The Town of Ajax has unveiled its full plans to re-develop the downtown core. The new Pat Bayly Square and Kitney Drive extension will add room for nearly 3,200 additional residents, and that’s something Mayor Steve Parish says has been a long time coming in the town’s south-end. The projects will cost an estimated $280 million, and will create up to 250 permenant full time jobs.
