Posted by news | Filed under All News Stories, Durham, Healthcare

Lakeridge Health Oshawa has been given a $10,000 donation to buy some important pieces of equipment.  The money came from the United Association Local 463, which includes pumbers, steamfitters and welders.  Business Manager Garth Cochrane says members really stepped up to the plate.  The is being used to purchase a vital signs monitor, that’ll be located in the Acute Medicine Short Stay Unit, while a new blanket warming machine will assist those in the Family and General Medicine Unit.
