Three men have been charged in connection to a series of assaults upon two victims, who were allegedly confined for several hours at an Oshawa home. On Saturday, several teenagers slept over at a friend’s house on Rossland Road East. The next morning, the owner of the residence noticed some marijuana was missing. Some of the guests were invited back to the home, and two 16 year-old males who returned, were allegedly confined and assaulted for almost four hours in the basement. On Sunday afternoon, both victims were released and taken to local hospital. One man suffered a broken foot and additional minor injuries. The 42 year-old homeowner and a 15 year-old youth, both from Oshawa are facing charges. Charges were also handed down to a 25 year-old Scarborough man. Hey, The guys who got beat up were my brother and my friend, and I was there the night before. There was NO party, and NO weed was stolen. The owner of the house is notorious for getting drunk and high, and forgetting how much he did. He was upstairs all night, and I did not even see and weed, or anything downstairs. As well, only one person slept over, and the relative who picked them up was me.
