A Durham College administrator recieves prestigious award

For the second consecutive year, a Durham College administrator has been named the recipient of a prestigious provincial award for advanced studies. Kara Woods is recieving the CMU-OCASA (Central Michigan University – Ontario College Administrative Staff Association) award. She will recieve the award for her paper titled Faculty Perceptions of Major Group Work Assignments. She completed the paper as part of her studies at Michigan University. The award will be presented at the seventh annual OCASA Leaders and Innovators Conference on June 25 at Blue Mountain Resort in Collingwood.
