Peel Police lay charges after double fatal collision in Mississauga

A 68 year-old from Toronto has been charged in relation to a double fatal collision last October. Peel Police say two women, aged 69 and 76, were killed instantly after a crash between a Mazda and a jeep in the intersection of Hurontario Street and the Queensway in Mississauga. A third person remains in hospital recovering from critical injuries. Jan Giemza has been charged with two counts of dangerous driving causing death, and one count of dangerous driving causing bodily harm.
