Eight fired Ontario Power Generation workers have gotten their jobs back and now the Progressive Conservatives are questioning the role of arbitrators. Opposition critic John Yakabuski says it should raise a concern that an arbitrator can overrule someone’s determination that the firings were justifiable. Eleven workers were fired from O-P-G’s Pickering nuclear station last month after allegations of illegal drug use.
