Oshawa man charged in historic sex assaults

Provincial police have charged a 77 year old Oshawa man with sexual assaults alleged to have happened up to 20 years ago. Police say a 27-year-old woman claims she was 7 when she was sexually assaulted by an older man at her family’s trailer near Rice Lake. It’s alleged the incidents continued until she was 12. Earl Cecil Reynolds is charged with sexual assault and sexual interference.
