CAA ‘WORST ROADS’ CAMPAIGN IS UNDERWAY

Posted by news | Filed under All News Stories, Durham, GTA, Toronto

The CAA’s annual “Worst Roads” campaign is underway, as the organization looks to find both the best and worst roads in the province.  Topping the 2009 list of ontario’s 20 worst roads was Steeles Avenue in Toronto, while Ritson Road in Oshawa was ranked 2nd.  To have your say, click here.  CAA officials say the program has been very successful in making municipalities aware of how residents feel, resulting in projects to fix roads named in the list.  Right now, both Steeles Avenue and Ritson Road are undergoing renovations.
