School shooting in Kentucky leaves two dead, 17 wounded


Two people are dead and 17 were injured after a shooting at a Kentucky school.

Police say a 15-year-old opened fire at Marshall County High School on Tuesday.

One girl died at the scene and a boy later died at a hospital.

Kentucky State Police Commissioner Richard Sanders says the shooter was armed with a handgun.

The boy will be charged with murder and attempted murder.
